Χημικό Peeling, Laser Fractional, Laser Resurfacing
These are three different techniques that achieve face wrinkle smoothing, skin discolouration improvement, intense facial firming as well as improvement of acne-related scars.
Chemical peeling causes a controlled chemical burn, while lasers cause a control thermal burn on the skin’s surface. All three techniques are categorised in superficial, medium-depth and deep treatment, depending on the severity of the case. The first two techniques do not require the patient to stay at home while with laser resurfacing the patient must refrain from work for 3-5 days. The skin will start to exfoliate 24-48 hours after the peel and new skin will replace the surface layers within 7-10 days.
The treatment offers an impressive improvement of the skin, reducing fine lines on the face (a very common problem on the upper lip area). It gives the skin brightness, glow and facial contour firming.

What is the recovery time after the peeling?
In case of surface or medium-depth peeling, the skin recovers immediately or within 3-4 days. In case of deep peeling recovery time is 7 to 10 days during which exposure to sun must be avoided.
How often can the peeling be performed?
Surface, medium-depth or deep peeling is performed in certain intervals defined by the needs of the patient's face.
Possible adverse effects
If the doctor’s orders are not followed, the patient is in risk of discolourations, scars or superinfection
